• This complete air spring is manufactured from high-quality natural rubber with steel bead plate. It features a minimum compressed height of 83.23 incehs, a maximum extended height of 12.76 inches, and a working stroke of 9.53 inches.
• For the 1T2119 model, the top cover plate diameter is 6.31 inches, the piston width is 7.24 incehs, and the center-to-center distance is 3.38 inches. When the air pressure reaches 0.7 MPa, the maximum outer diameter of the rubber component reaches 9.09 inches.
• Thecomplete rubber air spring operates via gas filling. Its air connection is 3/4-16UNF and 1/4-18 NPTF, the thread of top plate is 1/2-20 UNF, and the thread of piston is 1/2-13 UNC.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.
