Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth DR20-5-5X/100Y (R900597198) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable pressure reduction to a set value. It features a spool symbol B A and allows for maximum pressure within its product group. This mechanically actuated valve comes with subplate mounting and an ISO connection diagram, ensuring easy integration into various hydraulic systems. The valve is equipped with NBR seals and is compatible with multiple hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, and HFC. The DR20-5-5X/100Y operates as a pilot-operated pressure reducing valve that is controlled from the secondary circuit, consisting of a main valve with a main spool insert and a pilot control valve with an adjustable pressure element. In its rest position, the valve permits unrestricted flow of hydraulic fluid from channel B to channel A. The applied pressure in channel A balances against the preset spring tension to achieve the desired reduced pressure level.

The unit also features an external pilot oil return into the tank via the control line. Optional components include a check valve for free return flow from channel A to B, which is available only for subplate mounting. Additionally, there's a pressure gauge connection for monitoring the reduced pressure in channel A. This model provides flexibility in adjustment types including rotary knob options (both lockable and with scale), sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, among others. It has been designed for subplate mounting or threaded connections and can be used as a cartridge valve.
