How to install the brake return spring
The installation method of the brake return spring is as follows :1. Pry off the hub cap and remove the wheel; 2. Move the wedge adjustment block up through the wheel's screw holes, release the brake shoe, or put a punch in the screw holes, push the hand brake lever from both sides, remove the friction plate, remove the brake drum, and then remove the spring and automatic clearance adjustment lever. 3. When installing, there should be no oil on the brake drum and friction sheet, and the roller of the automatic clearance adjustment rod should be screwed to the end. The right brake adjusting lever is the right hand, the left brake adjusting lever is the left hand, can not be mistaken; 4. Install the hand brake cable, brake shoe, the lower spring, the gap adjustment rod, the support spring on the shoe and the return spring on the upper shoe, and then turn the roller so that the diameter of the shoe d is equal to.
