How to Use

1. Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and degrease mating surfaces to remove oil, grease, and contaminants. Allow surfaces to dry completely.
2. Application: Apply a continuous 2-3mm bead of sealant directly onto one mating surface. For best results, use within 20 minutes of opening.
3. Assembly: Join components immediately after application, aligning carefully. Tighten bolts or fasteners to manufacturer specifications (incrementally) to ensure even distribution.
4. Curing: Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours at room temperature before exposing to fluids or pressure. Full curing time may vary with humidity and temperature.
5. Disassembly: For repairs, remove cured sealant with a plastic scraper. Clean surfaces before reapplying.
