Product Introduction

A Luhang excellent wear resistance marine airbags based on the Log-Rolling method uses soft rubber for lifting and
carrying. It is an innovative product with independent intellectual
property rights in China, widely applied in heavy lifting, ship
launching and outfitting, sunken box lifting, and buoyancy aids for
underwater engineering. Marine rubber airbags are not restricted by
space or heavy machinery, effectively shortening construction time
and saving significant costs.
After more than 20 years of development in China, marine rubber
airbags have proven to be the most reliable and stable technology
for ship launching and outfitting. They are suitable for huge
vessels ranging from flat-bottomed ships to 10,000-tonnage ships.
Foreign shipyards, dockyards, and port construction companies have
widely recognized marine rubber airbags. The technology of ship
launching and outfitting with rubber airbags is also strongly
promoted in markets such as America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and
others.
Marine rubber airbags can be used for lifting, lowering, moving,
and transporting sunken boxes in port construction works.

Due to the buoyancy and load-bearing capacity of marine rubber
airbags, they are frequently applied in wreck salvage and buoyancy
rescue operations.

Here are the advantages of Luhang Airbags:
1. High Load-Bearing Capacity
The key technical requirements for Luhang Marine's rubber airbags
comply with ISO 14409 "Ships and Marine Technology - Ship Launching
Airbags".
The synthetic tire cord layer of Luhang Marine's rubber airbags is
made of 1480dtex/2 Chinlon tire cord, offering 40% higher strength
and durability compared to polyester tire cord.

2. High Torsion Resistance
During the ship launching process, airbags are subjected to
"torsional forces" from the ship's hull and the ground due to
uneven rolling speeds, which may cause delamination, layer
deformation, or other issues. Luhang has optimized the production
process and raw material formulation to enhance the airbags'
torsion resistance and prevent severe accidents.
Each layer of the rubber airbags is coated with a specially
formulated adhesive to remove impurities and dust.
The adhesive also improves interlayer adhesion to ensure
airtightness.

3. New Explosion-Resistant End Metal Parts Design
As the operating pressure of airbags increases, the risk of air
leakage at the interface between metal parts and the end rubber
body rises. Repeated use under high pressure may cause airbags to
burst at metal parts, endangering nearby workers or equipment.
Luhang has invented explosion-proof design for airbag ends,
improving the bonding strength and airtightness between the rubber
body and end metal parts. Luhang Marine's airbags operate safely
even under high pressure without potential safety hazards.

4. Structural Configuration Optimization
Luhang developed a strength and intensity model to test pressure
performance, stress intensity, and direction. Through multiple
tests, the stress variation law was identified, and the structural
configuration was optimized. The optimized airbag successfully
passed burst tests and has proven effective in practical
applications.
Hydraulic burst testing is a comprehensive extreme test for marine
rubber airbags, evaluating performance, materials, structure, and
manufacturing processes.
Luhang Marine's airbag test results exceed industry standards.

client and a third-party inspection institution.

5. Excellent Wear Resistance & High Aging Resistance
Airbags operate in harsh conditions, such as prolonged sunlight,
seawater corrosion, and contamination. Their surfaces must be
highly resistant to wear, aging, and corrosion.
Luhang's airbags are made of natural rubber with a special
composition and unique manufacturing techniques, ensuring reliable
performance under the above rough conditions.

6. Higher Flexibility and Shock Absorption
Luhang's airbags are produced using a unique monolithic winding
process, featuring uniform wall thickness and no secondary seams at
overlapping joints. The flexible airbag helps reduce structural
stress and launching risks when the ship rolls on slopes or uneven
channels.
-Significant deformation may cause airbag layers to separate,
leading to severe accidents.
Luhang Marine's airbags have never experienced dangerous
deformations (as shown in the left photo) during ship launching.
