Working process:
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
Raw Material Feeding
Plastic granules PE composite (wood fiber + plastic) are fed into the hopper.
Automatic feeding system ensures consistent material supply.
Melting & Mixing (Extrusion)
Single-Screw Extruder: Heats and melts plastic uniformly for standard pipe extrusion.
Twin-Screw Extruder (for WPC): Provides superior mixing, ensuring even distribution of wood fibers and additives.
Temperature zones are precisely controlled for optimal melting.
Extrusion Molding
Molten material is pushed through a customized die to form the desired pipe/profile shape.
Vacuum calibration ensures precise dimensions and smooth surface finish.
Cooling & Shaping
The extruded pipe passes through a water cooling tank to solidify its structure.
Support rails prevent deformation during cooling.
Haul-Off & Cutting
A puller unit draws the pipe at a controlled speed.
An auto-cutting machine slices pipes into required lengths.
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are collected and stacked automatically (optional conveyor system).
Quality inspection ensures dimensional accuracy and durability before packaging.
