It delivers precision spot and projection welding for carbon steel substrates (Q235/SPHC grades, 1-6mm thickness range).

1. The system shall incorporate an electro-proportional pressure regulation valve with ±0.5% full-scale accuracy for dynamic welding force control.

2. The system features comprehensive insulation protection for enhanced safety. The secondary circuit utilizes a pressurized cylinder base with insulated upper arms, enabling direct installation and welding operations on the lower base without short-circuit risks—simple yet highly functional.

3. Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.

4. Operators can control the welding process via an ergonomic foot switch, ensuring high-speed production with reduced physical strain for improved workflow efficiency.

5. The system features integrated pneumatic and hydraulic pressure monitoring with fail-safe alarms, preventing operation during insufficient coolant flow or gas supply conditions to ensure equipment protection.
