High Precision Multi-Tooth Pneumatic Gripper with Force Maintenance
Outstanding Performance
1.The TWN grippers feature high precision, permanent lubrication, and a multi-tooth straight-groove guide design.
2. Multiple sensor and pneumatic interface options are available for TWN grippers.
Gripping Force Maintenance – AS/IS
TWN grippers support gripping force maintenance and can be extended to TWN-P-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
A spring is used as an energy accumulator to maintain a minimum gripping force during pressure drops.
Dust-Tight Version
TWN grippers are available in a dust-tight version (TWN-SD), achieving protection level IP64.
High-Temperature Version
The TWN grippers can be upgraded to a high-temperature version (TWN-P-HT), increasing the temperature tolerance from 5/90℃ to 5/130℃.
