Product Information

• This single convoluted air spring is manufactured from high-quality natural rubber with steel cover plates. It features a minimum compressed height of 81 mm, a maximum extended height of 160 mm, and a working stroke of 79 mm.
• For the 1B53014 model, the cover plate diameter is 289 mm, and the center-to-center distance is 158.8 mm. When the air pressure reaches 0.7 MPa, the maximum outer diameter of the rubber component reaches 406 mm.
• The industrial convoluted rubber air spring operates via gas filling. Its air connection is 1/4 NPTF, and the screw nut size is 4×3/8-16 UNC.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.

Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers. Our company adopts the most advanced domestic air spring processing equipment and international production technology.
