Before using food transporter systems, make sure to open the doors and clean the inner Pan compartments thoroughly with mild food safe cleaning solution.
● Always place food in container with the cover secured.
● Make sure the molded handles and latches are closed securely.
● Vent caps on the door front are adjustable for the purpose of equalizing outside and inner compartment pressure, making the doors easy to open.
