The straight-through vibrating screen is a compact and highly efficient screening equipment. Its main components usually include a screen box, screen mesh, and vibrating motor. During operation, the vibrating motor drives the screen surface to generate high-frequency vibration, causing the materials to move in a straight line on the screen surface and complete the screening process. Fine materials are discharged from below the screen mesh, while coarse materials are discharged from the end of the screen surface. It features a small footprint, simple operation and maintenance, and continuous operation. It is widely used in the screening and classification of granular materials in industries such as chemical engineering, food, and building materials.

Working principle

The linear vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrating motor and frame. The screen box is the main body for carrying and screening materials, the screen mesh determines the screening particle size, the vibrating motor provides the power source, and the frame serves to provide stable support.

During operation, the vibrating motor generates an exciting force through the rotation of the eccentric block, driving the screen surface to vibrate at a high frequency in a straight line. After the materials enter the screen surface from the feed port, under the action of the vibration force, the fine materials pass through the screen mesh and are discharged, while the coarse materials move in a straight line along the screen surface to the end and are discharged, achieving efficient screening and classification.
