Main Purpose:
1. Eliminate residual stress after welding
Welded joints usually have significant residual tensile stress,
which can lead to a decrease in structural load-bearing strength,
and even cause the joint to crack due to excessive tensile stress
during welding. Ultrasonic impact treatment can easily increase the
compressive stress of metals, which can eliminate residual tensile
stress after welding and increase beneficial compressive stress
when processing welds.
2. Extending the lifespan of welded structures and gear structures

platforms, engineering machinery, transportation equipment, etc.
