Full-process adaptation of degradable materials

The production line supports the processing of 100% bio-based materials (such as corn starch-based non-woven fabric, calcium alginate water-absorbing fiber). Through the optimization of the screw extrusion system, it ensures that degradable materials do not carbonize at high temperatures (the processing temperature control accuracy is ±2℃), assisting customers in applying for the "EU Compost Certification" (EN 13432).

Upgrade of the waste recycling system: The scraps can be crushed to make raw materials for agricultural mulching film, achieving 100% recycling of industrial waste and meeting the "zero waste production" goals of countries like Sweden and Denmark.

Low-carbon production plan

By adopting a photovoltaic-compatible power system (with reserved solar access ports), the overall energy consumption of the machine is reduced by 40% compared to traditional equipment (for example, the power consumption per thousand units is ≤12kWh). It can provide a carbon footprint calculation report (the carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle from raw materials to equipment scrapping), helping customers meet the carbon reduction requirements of the EU's "Green Deal".

Efficient and flexible production mode

The standard model has a production capacity of 400-600 pieces per minute, supporting rapid switching between medical-grade and consumer-grade adult diapers (with a change time of ≤30 minutes). For instance, in the morning, hospital-customized models (with monitoring chips) are produced, and in the afternoon, supermarket regular models are switched to, helping customers flexibly meet the dual-channel demands of "medical + retail" in the European market.

By adopting the direct drive technology of servo motors, the wear and tear of transmission components is reduced. The overall efficiency (OEE) of the equipment is ≥85%, which is 20% higher than that of traditional hydraulic equipment, and the production expenditure of countries with high labor costs such as Germany and Switzerland is lowered.
