Working Principle
The working principle of the conical mixer is as follows: By means of the rotation of the internal helical stirring device, the materials are lifted from the bottom of the cone to the top. Then, under the effect of gravity, the materials are scattered and fall from the top of the cone. This process repeats continuously, causing different materials to form convection and shearing within the cone, thereby achieving uniform mixing. During this process, the rotation of the helix continuously promotes the upward and downward circulation and tumbling of the materials, effectively shortening the mixing time and enhancing the mixing efficiency.
