What Are The Applications of AIRSUSTECH Rubber Air Springs?
1. Application of Rubber Air Springs in Hoists
Conventional hoists use cylinders or hydraulic cylinders to lift
objects. These components require a lot of space, are complex to
manufacture, heavy, prone to leaks, and difficult to maintain. The
use of rubber air springs as lifting elements in hoists overcomes
the disadvantages of conventional hoists: they are
maintenance-free, have a long service life, and are convenient to
operate and replace. Therefore, rubber air springs are increasingly
replacing cylinders in hoists.
2. Application of Rubber Air Springs in Vibration Isolation Systems
The advantages of high-frequency vibration isolation, sound
insulation, and low natural vibration frequency of rubber air
springs enable better vibration isolation and ensure the safety and
stability of the vibration base and control system. Therefore,
rubber air springs are often used for vibration isolation of
vibrating screens, vibration dampening of luxury car seats, and
other equipment.
3. Other Applications of Rubber Air Springs
Using rubber air springs as vibration damping bases can effectively
protect precision equipment, such as the transport and control
systems of rocket launchers, from damage during transport. The use
of rubber air springs as support tools, along with their
lightweight and easy-to-use features, makes them practical for the
maintenance of field vehicles and equipment.
