1. Core structural features

• Flexible elements and molded beads: The interior of the bellows is made of flexible materials (such as thick rubber or synthetic rubber compounds), and molded beads are provided at both ends for sealing and fixing.
• Sleeve design: The bellows is wrapped by a two-piece sleeve on the outside to form a composite structure of "sleeve + bellows". Compared with bellows air springs, the sleeve design can significantly reduce the overall diameter (higher space utilization).

2. Working mechanism

• Inflation and compression process: When the spring is compressed, the air is pressed into the internal space, the bellows expands, and the two-piece sleeve is extended outward, thereby increasing the overall length of the spring and achieving vehicle height adjustment.
• Sealing and fixing: One end of the bellows is pressed into the spring seat, and the other end is sealed by crimping to ensure stable air pressure.
