1. Receive payment confirmation
Customer places order and completes payment

2. Order processing and packaging
Pick goods in the warehouse according to order information (goods, quantity, address).

3. Pack strictly in accordance with international express requirements:

a, Use sturdy packaging boxes suitable for long-distance transportation.

b, Fill the interior with sufficient cushioning materials (bubble film, foam, etc.) to prevent damage during transportation.

The invoice information must be accurate (product name, quantity, unit price, total value, origin, HS code), which is crucial for customs clearance.

Customers can use the provided waybill number and website to query the transportation status of the package in real time on the logistics provider's official website (such as: received, leaving the place of origin, arriving at the transit center, clearing customs, arriving at the destination country, and being delivered).

7. Customs clearance in the destination country
After the package arrives at the destination country, it enters the customs clearance process.
Based on the commercial invoice and declaration information, the customs checks whether the goods comply with import regulations and decides whether customs duties, value-added tax, etc. need to be paid.
The customs clearance time varies, which may be very fast or delayed due to document problems, inspections, tax disputes, etc.

8. Domestic transportation at the destination

After customs clearance, the package is handed over to the local postal or express service provider in the destination country for final delivery.

9. Final delivery and delivery

The local deliveryman delivers the package to the customer according to the address.

The customer signs for the package (or according to local customs, the package may be placed at the door, express cabinet, etc.).

10. Complete delivery
The logistics system updates the status to "delivered" or "signed for".
