1756-IB16 ALLEN BRADLEY Relay Module

1756-IB16 is a 16 channel isolated digital input module in the
Rockwell Automation ControlLogix series. The input type of this
module is digital input, supporting 24V DC voltage, with 16 input
channels and a response time of only 1ms. It is installed on a DIN
rail, with a nominal input voltage of 24V DC and a working voltage
range of 10 to 31.2V DC. The total base power is 0.56 watts, with a
power consumption of about 5.1 watts at 60 degrees Celsius and a
heat dissipation of 17.39BTU/hour. The on state current range is
from 2.0mA at 10V DC to 31.2V DC 10 milliampere hours, programmable
filter time (0, 1 or 2 milliseconds), maximum hardware delay time
of 2 milliseconds plus user configurable filter time, module
isolation voltage of continuous 250 volts, with high reliability,
fast response and flexible configuration capabilities, widely used
in the field of industrial automation, suitable for collecting
access control system door opening and closing signals, elevator
operation status signals, lighting system switch signals, etc., to
achieve intelligent management of various equipment and facilities
in buildings.

acquisition requirements of high-speed pulse signals (such as
encoder feedback) or low-speed switch signals (such as limit
switches).
Signal type compatibility: Supports multiple signal sources such as
NPN/PNP proximity switches, relay contacts, photoelectric sensors,
etc. Users do not need to configure additional signal conversion
modules.
Channel level diagnosis: Real time monitoring of input short
circuit and open circuit faults, and feedback of fault location
through LED indicator lights and controller alarm logs.
Hot swappable support: The module supports live plugging and
unplugging, and with the 1756-TBCH detachable terminal block,
maintenance time is reduced to less than 5 minutes.
Installation method: DIN rail installation, directly installed to
the 1756 local or remote chassis.
Working temperature: -20 ℃ to 70 ℃ (storage temperature -40 ℃ to 85
℃).
