The 304/1.4301 hot rolled stainless steel sheet is a highly versatile and widely used material renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and durability. It contains approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which endow it with remarkable resistance to oxidation, rust, and a variety of corrosive media. This makes it suitable for a broad spectrum of applications, including construction, chemical processing, food and beverage manufacturing, and automotive industries. The hot rolling process imparts it with good mechanical properties, such as high strength and toughness, allowing it to withstand various mechanical stresses and environmental conditions.

Export Packaging Methods

To ensure the safe transportation and storage of 304/1.4301 hot rolled stainless steel sheets during export, we adopt the following packaging methods:

Inner Packaging: Each sheet is individually wrapped with a protective plastic film to prevent surface scratches and damage during handling and transportation. The plastic film also provides a certain degree of protection against moisture and dust.

Bundle Packaging: Multiple sheets are stacked together according to customer requirements and then tightly bundled with steel straps or high-strength plastic straps. The bundles are designed to maintain stability and prevent shifting during transit.

Outer Packaging: The bundles are placed on wooden pallets or steel pallets, which offer support and facilitate handling with forklifts. The pallets are then covered with waterproof kraft paper or a waterproof cloth to further protect the products from adverse weather conditions during sea or land transportation.
