This production line is tailor-made for small and medium-sized aluminum processing enterprises, adopting a modular and flexible design concept. The monthly standard production capacity is 150 tons, which can be expanded to 200 tons according to actual needs. The system integrates the entire process of pretreatment, anodizing, and post-treatment, providing a one-stop solution for high-quality surface treatment.

Oxide film thickness: 5-25 μ m (± 1 μ m error)

Power specifications: DC 12-24V, current density 1-3A/dm ²

Production line size: customized according to production capacity (usually 30-80 meters)
