Lubrication is critical for sealed track systems; ensure the lubricant reservoir is full. Periodically, measure wear on pins, bushings, rollers, and sprocket teeth. Keeping detailed records helps predict when replacements will be needed. Operators play a vital role by avoiding practices that stress the undercarriage unnecessarily, like spinning tracks on concrete or making sharp turns at high speed. Consistent, simple maintenance dramatically extends undercarriage life and saves big money.
