Spray Cleaning Machine Overview:

Introduction of process flow:(workpiece flow direction → left in and right out)

Manual feeding → ultrasonic cleaning → fixed-point spraying → air cutting → fixed-point spraying → mobile spraying → mobile air cutting → fixed-point air cutting → vacuum drying → cooling section → automatic unloading (truss manipulator) → full inspection and packaging

Spray Cleaning Machine performance design and requirements:

(1) Basic design and requirements of the whole machine

One set of emergency stop (transmission stop) red button, one set of pause (only transport system stop) yellow button and one set of start green button should be installed at the entrance and exit
