With the first phase investment of 5million dollars, we built a 6000m2 standard plant and 2500m2 general scientific research building in the Longling Industrial Park, Yiyang, Hunan in 2012. Built on the second phase investment of 3.5million dollars, a 6500m2 standard plant came into being. Spending 7million dollars, we introduced a high-precision spiral bevel gear assembly line in 2020. Built with over 70 specialized gear machining devices, including machine tool, planer, gear milling machine, gear grinding machine, hard scraping machine, double roll testing machine, gear detection center, etc., we secure maximum gear machining diameter of 2300mm and highest gear scraping accuracy in alignment with DIN3965-Level 3.

Our outstanding production capacity is under the support of a crack team of experienced engineers and manufacturing technicians as well as a full range of manufacturing devices and machining technologies. Certified by the ISO9001 Quality Management System, our quality control is in line with standards for exports to Europe and America. With concrete action, we are in relentless pursuit of perfection and quality first. Specialized in making big-module bevel gears for 21 years or so, we sell products nationwide. And around 60-70% of our products are exported to the U.S., UK, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa, and elsewhere in the world. Our products are well received by customers.
