Working principle

The vibrating screen is driven by an eccentric shaft to generate three-dimensional oscillating motion, integrating horizontal rotation and vertical vibration to simulate the manual shaking action. The materials are conveyed and diffused under the inclined angle of the screen surface. Fine particles fall through the screen mesh, while coarse particles move towards the end and are discharged. Its multi-layered stacked structure is equipped with different mesh sizes, enabling multiple-stage separation in one operation.
