Working method:

This machine achieves efficient mixing through the cooperative action of double-layer spiral mixing blades. The outer spiral blade pushes the material to move towards the center along the side, while the inner spiral blade drives the material to flow in the opposite direction. The two streams of materials form a convective mixture within the cylinder. This equipment is particularly suitable for gentle mixing of powders, particles and viscous materials, and is widely used in high-standard production requirements in the fields of food, chemical engineering, and medicine.

Main features:

1. Using double-layer or triple-layer belt-type mixing blades, the materials move simultaneously from the sides towards the center and from the center towards the sides, achieving convection mixing and ensuring no dead corners.

2.The mixing time is short, which is suitable for continuous production requirements.

3.The contact parts are made of 304/316 stainless steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and meets the requirements of food and pharmaceutical grades.
