Lightweight and high strength
Aluminum alloy has a low density (about 2.7g/cm³) and is much lighter than steel, which greatly reduces the burden on the staircase structure and facilitates transportation and installation. Although the strength of 1 series pure aluminum is relatively low, 3 series (such as 3003) has significantly improved its strength by adding manganese elements, making it lightweight and having good load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance, which is enough to meet the use requirements of stair handrails.

Excellent corrosion resistance
One of the most prominent advantages of aluminum alloy. A dense and stable aluminum oxide protective film will naturally form on its surface, which has strong resistance to atmospheric corrosion. It is not easy to rust, especially suitable for humid environments (such as the seaside, swimming pool) or public places that need to be cleaned frequently. The maintenance cost is much lower than steel.

Good processing formability
Both 1 series and 3 series aluminum alloys have excellent ductility and plasticity. Application

Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers. 

With the development of our business, our company has been awarded titles such as "Top 100 Enterprises in Henan Province", "Economic and Efficiency Gold Award", and "Top 30 Enterprises in Henan Province".
