Composition
Composed of two components: emulsion and pigment paste. The main
resin consists of chain-extended epoxy resin, isocyanate
crosslinking agent, and toughening agent, with the addition of
independently developed high-edge-protection resin. After acid
neutralization, it forms an emulsion. Epoxy resin acts as the
dispersion resin, combined with pigments and fillers to form a
ground pigment paste.

Bath Preparation
Color paste : Emulsion : Deionized water = 1:4:5 (or 1:5:6 by
weight). Add appropriate additives and neutralizing agents to
adjust the parameters. Let the mixture age for 48 hours, then
filter and apply.
Application Process
Pre-degreasing → Degreasing → Water Rinse → Surface Conditioning →
Phosphating → Water Rinse → Pure Water Rinse → Electrophoresis →
Post-rinse → Drying (Also suitable for silane or ceramic
pretreatment processes)
