SZS series steam boiler is a typical D-type double-pot tube vertical water-tube boiler. According to the boiler capacity, there are two kinds of quick-fix type and assembled type. The quick-fix type is below the rated evaporation capacity of 20t/h, and the assembled type is above 50t/h.

This steam boiler is composed of upper and lower boiler tube, (superheater), furnace chamber, water cooling wall, convection tube bundle and waste heat device. The combustion is arranged on the front wall, and the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through convection tube bundle and waste heat device after combustion.The water cooling wall of the boiler is arranged in dense row or membrane type, the flue gas partition wall is arranged in membrane type and finned tube type, the inner guard plate is fully closed welded structure, and the boiler is equipped with explosion-proof door and other safety devices.

* Double drum D layout, compact structure, small floor space, good flame filling.

* The boiler adopts the lower support mode, which can expand freely upward.

* The water-cooling wall of the furnace adopts the structure of dense discharge film, which can effectively reduce the work of using and maintaining firebricks.

* There are inspection holes on the bulkhead of the convection tube bundles of the boiler, which provide great convenience for use and maintenance.

* High thermal resistance material is used as the insulation layer, with good thermal insulation performance.

* The use of finned tube steel tube heat exchanger can effectively control the exhaust temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

* The boiler has a rich heating surface and a large enough space for steam, which can ensure the stability of boiler operation parameters more reliably.

* Boiler feed water adopts continuous automatic adjustment, and has high and low water level alarm protection interlocking function.

* The supporting burners are imported original brands, which not only ensure excellent combustion efficiency, but also have ignition program control and overpressure extinguishing protection functions.

* The whole boiler is seated on a rigid base, which is easy to install and transport.And the structure of fast and semi-assembled, can effectively shorten the installation cycle.
