• Function and Appliion

1.Power transmission: It is an important part of the power transmission path of the swing drive system. It is connected with the swing motor and the swing gear. The power output by the swing motor is transmitted to the swing gear through this shaft. Then, the swing gear meshes with the slewing ring, driving the upper structure of the excavator to rotate, so as to realize the swing operation of the excavator, such as turning the cab and the working device to the specified position.

2.Supporting and positioning: It plays a supporting role for the components in the swing drive system, ensuring the relative position between the swing motor and the swing gear, and maintaining the normal meshing relationship between the gears. At the same time, it can also bear the radial and axial forces generated during the swing process to ensure the stability of the swing mechanism operation and prevent component damage caused by excessive vibration and displacement.
