Product Description
ERNi-1 (AWS A5.14 classification) is a commercially pure nickel (Nickel 200) filler wire designed for TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes. It offers excellent resistance to a wide range
of corrosive environments, particularly alkaline media, and is ideal for welding Nickel 200, 201 and other pure nickel components.
ERNi-1 (Chinese designation: SNi2061) provides good mechanical strength, ductility, and
thermal/electrical conductivity. It produces clean, stable arcs and
smooth welds, with minimal spatter or contamination.
This filler metal is widely used in chemical processing, food
handling, electronics, marine, and power generation industries.
