Working principle

The core working mechanism of the helical ribbon mixer is based on forced convection and multi-dimensional movement of materials: its stirring components consist of inner and outer double-layer helical ribbons inside the container. The outer helical ribbon pushes the materials along the cylinder wall to move axially, while the inner helical ribbon conveys the materials in the opposite direction, causing the materials to form a circulating convection, cross-shear and diffusion movement inside the cylinder. Through this compound movement method, the materials can break stratification and eliminate agglomeration in a short time, and ultimately achieve uniform mixing.
