The spiral welded pipe unit produced by our company adopts the double swing bridge process. The front axle mainly includes uncoiler, scraper, three roll, five roll car leveling device, splicing machine, milling machine, delivery machine, forming machine, etc. The rear axle mainly includes gantry frame, landing gear and other components. • The pipe diameter range is from Φ 20 to Φ 3500mm, and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.
• Process flow: upper pipe - connecting pipe - water filling - pressure pressing - pressure holding - pressure relief - drainage - outlet pipe.

• The diameter of the covered steel pipe ranges from 20mm to 3500mm, and meets standards such as API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85, ASTM, GB9711, etc.
• Process flow: upper pipe - connecting pipe - clamping - flat head chamfering - releasing fixture - outlet pipe

• Take the initiative to alarm and spray marks if there are shortcomings, and workers adjust parameters accordingly;
• The parts with continuous ultrasonic testing marks on the weld seam shall undergo manual ultrasonic and X-ray re inspection again;
• Defects will be repaired and undergo non-destructive testing again until they are confirmed to be cleared;
