This CNC machine utilizes two high-speed revolving circular blades mounted perpendicularly: one horizontal and one vertical. The sponge block, secured on a programmable cutting table, moves precisely under CNC control against these fixed blades.

Cutting Principle:

Dual-Axis Cutting: The horizontal blade slices through the sponge horizontally, while the vertical blade simultaneously cuts vertically.

Coordinated Motion: The CNC system coordinates the movement of the cutting table (X, Y axes) with the blade positions. This synchronized motion allows the blades to trace complex 2D and 3D contours programmed into the system.

Revolving Action: The continuous rotation of the sharp blades ensures clean, consistent cuts with minimal resistance or tearing of the delicate foam structure. The process generates no heat, preventing melting.
