ErNiFeCr-2 (AWS A5.14 classification) is a solid nickel-based filler metal specifically designed for welding Inconel 718, Inconel X-750, and similar precipitation-hardened high-strength alloys. It offers excellent weldability and mechanical properties, even in extreme temperature environments, making it ideal for aerospace, gas turbine, cryogenic, and high-pressure applications.
Also referred to as SNi7718 in Chinese standards, this alloy delivers exceptional strength, oxidation resistance, and stress rupture performance after post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).

AWS Specification: ErNiFeCr-2
UNS Number: N07718
Chinese Code: SNi7718
Trade Names: Inconel® 718 Welding Wire, Alloy 718 Wire
Other Names: Nickel 718 TIG Wire, Nickel 718 MIG Wire, NiFeCr Alloy Wire
Designed for welding precipitation-hardened nickel alloys like Inconel 718 and X-750
Excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance
Good weldability and crack resistance
