Yuhong Group falling film evaporator is an industrial device to concentrate solutions, especially with heat sensitive components. The evaporator is a special type of heatexchanger. In a falling film evaporator, the liquid is fed at the top of the tubes in a vertical tube bundle.

1. Through a material, short heating time, can prevent thermal decomposition, improve the recovery of milk powder, suitable for heat sensitive materials;
2. Continuous operation, efficient use of equipment, high utilization;
3. Evaporation and preheating are carried out at a small temperature difference, so it is difficult to coke, easy to clean, but also suitable for two times steam compression and multi effect process operation;
4. Because of the multi effect operation and the two steam recompression and other reasons, the heat energy consumption is less;
5. Cooling water consumption is little;
6. High heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer performance;
7. The loss of temperature difference caused by static pressure of liquid column is small, and the boiling point caused by solid substance is small;
8. It can be combined with sterilization operation;
9. Can be used for solid content and viscosity of higher material, such as sweetened condensed milk;
10. Can be achieved on-site cleaning, the whole set of equipment is easy to operate, no dead angle. The equipment can realize the configuration of automation system, feed automatic control, automatic temperature control, automatic cleaning and discharging concentration control, automatic control, can also protect measures on the sensitivity of material failure, with a sudden power outage, other security alarm and automatic operation and control.
