Product Introduction:

This is an acrylic fiber that emphasizes durability and high-quality appearance. By utilizing premium raw materials and special processing, it is designed to overcome the common drawback of pilling in standard acrylic fabrics.

• Core Specifications: 1.5D×51mm

  • 1.5D Ultra-Fine Denier: Indicates very fine filaments, which directly translate to a soft, smooth handfeel and the ability to produce fabrics with a fine texture and excellent drape.

  • 51mm Staple Length: This length is ideal for processing on standard spinning systems (e.g., cotton or wool spinning), facilitates blending with other fibers, and results in stable yarn structure.

• Key Properties: High-Tenacity & Anti-Pilling Grade

  • High-Tenacity: Refers to superior tensile strength, meaning the fiber is more durable, abrasion-resistant, and less prone to breakage. This improves spinnability during production and translates to a longer lifespan for the end product.
