Lift Axle Operation (Specific to Trailers with Them)

Raising: The driver activates a switch in the cab. This sends an air signal to the lift axle control valve. The valve directs air pressure to the lift mechanism (usually a piston or air bag separate from the suspension air spring), retracting the axle off the ground.

Lowering: The driver deactivates the switch. The control valve exhausts air from the lift mechanism and simultaneously directs air to the lift axle's suspension air springs, inflating them. The axle's weight then lowers it to the ground, ready to bear load. Its height control valve then takes over to maintain ride height.

Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers. Our company adopts the most advanced domestic air spring processing equipment and international production technology. Combined with unique production process, our company strictly execute international standards for production and spare no efforts to create the world-class products.
