KXD series feed silo is made of 275 g/ni hot-dip galvanized sheet and all screws are m 8.8-level high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts, which are corrosion-resistant, anti-oxidation, high-temp resistance, high strength, long service life, and can withstand a strong storm.

The feed silo is mainly composed of silo body, silo cover, mounting ladder, and silo legs etc. All part produced in strict accordance with drawing design by using advanced laser equipment and precision mol and then undergo strict quality inspections to make each component more standard, more precise in size more convenient to install to ensure easy assembly and use.

Environment control system has chicken grow temperature curve, minimum air volume curve, light curve, automatic control crosswise and length ways ventilate. Control exhaust fan, heater stove, curtain, cooling pad, light system and feeding line. The system can through the mobile phone to realize remote real-time monitoring and management.

The advanced livestock and poultry environment controller adopts the latest intelligent control technology, which combines temperature, humidity, static pressure, ventilation, lighting and other parameters with the poultry feeding process parameters. It has the characteristics of stable temperature control, adequate and reasonable ventilation, automatic timing lighting, accurate and reliable. The controller adopts large-scale touch screen, which can directly display the operation status of all equipment in the poultry house, and it is easy to operate.

Silo type and hopper type are the two main feeding lines.

Feed transport system runs steadily, and feed can be transport ed to each feed pan to guarantee the sufficient feedsupply for broiler.

Silo volume can be adjusted based on the specific number of birds per shed. (Approximately 0.65 ton/m3)

Imported feed level sensor is provided in the automatic electronic-controlled box, which greatly enhances the accuracy of the whole feeding transport process.

Feed pan is adjustable in height, easy to clean, and can bedismantled and then used for rearing.
