Broiler feeding system, consists of automatic feeding & drinking system, environmental control sewage system and manure cleaning system. It is a traditional raising mode.

• Cell size: Length 3000mm, width 1820mm, height 450 mm. Raising areas is 5.46㎡.
• The maximum raising density is 50kg/㎡. 110 birds can be put in each tier. For 3 tiers, 330 birds can be put per cage unit. For 4 tiers, 440 birds can be put per cage unit. The distance between two adjacent cage frames should be more than 1.2m.
• For each tier there are two watering lines and one feeding line. There are 2 feeding pans and 12 nipples for drinking.
• The material of the main equipment is galvanized steel. The galvanization standard for main parts is more than 275g/㎡(accord with international standard GB/T2518-2008). The material has excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties.
• 4 tiers Battery Cage: 2 to 4 times higher capacity compared to floor system, higher utilization of space reduced energy costs for heating or cooling.

• Using poly propylene ratio of material, anti-aging UV resistance, no edges and corners of R arc non-slip design does not hurt the chicken feet, strong bearing capacity, easy cleaning and installation, long service life.

Environment control system has chicken grow temperature curve, minimum air volume curve, light curve, automatic control crosswise and length ways ventilate. Control exhaust fan, heater stove, curtain, cooling pad, light system and feeding line. The system can through the mobile phone to realize remote real-time monitoring and management.
