Product Introduction

This is a high-performance, heat-preserving acrylic staple fiber. Its core feature is the 1.5 Denier micro-denier design. The ultra-fine denier means that more fibers can be accommodated within the same volume, creating numerous static air layers between them that effectively block heat loss and deliver exceptional thermal insulation. This fiber offers two cut length options—38mm and 51mm—providing the flexibility to adapt to different spinning systems (such as cotton or wool spinning) and nonwoven production processes. It is an ideal raw material for manufacturing high-quality warm apparel and home textiles.
