Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw
extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank →
spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine →
discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Production Details
Raw Material Feeding
PVC resin and additives are mixed and fed into the hopper of the
extruder.
Melting & Extrusion
The material is heated and melted in the screw extruder (single or
twin-screw) to form a homogeneous molten PVC.
Pipe Molding (Corrugation Forming)
The molten PVC is pushed through a die head to form the initial
pipe shape. The pipe enters the corrugator mold, where vacuum
suction and cooling shape the outer corrugations while maintaining
a smooth inner wall.
Cooling & Solidification
The pipe passes through a water cooling tank or spray cooling
system to harden the structure.
Traction & Cutting
An automatic haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a controlled speed. A
cutting device (saw or guillotine cutter) trims the pipe to the
required lengths.
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are collected and packed for storage or shipment.
