DX53D+Z Zero-Spangle Welding Galvanized Coil

Engineered for welding-intensive applications, our 0.12-4.0mm Customizable Galvanized Steel Coil delivers superior weldability and corrosion resistance. Featuring a zinc-iron alloy layer (ZF) with optimized microstructural bonding (10μm min.), this coil achieves seamless welding without spatter or porosity. The hot-dip process applies 30-275g/m² zinc coating (adjustable per project needs), backed by 1,000+ hours ASTM B117 salt spray resistance for harsh industrial environments. Certified to EN 10142 and JIS G3302, it ensures structural integrity in fabrication-critical sectors like automotive frames and pre-engineered buildings.
