Diaphragm valves come in a range of configurations to suit all types of pulse jet dust collector cleaning designs. Diaphragm valves use a flexible molded diaphragm to regulate airflow through the filters for optimal cleaning. The diaphragm valve creates a pulse of air that shakes through the bag, shaking off any dirt on the outside of the bag and cleaning the filter.

Applications:

Baghouse Dust Collector Jet Pulse System

The M/D series diaphragms (such as the M/D25 model) serve as the core seals and actuating elements of the pulse valves, controlling the instantaneous release of compressed air in the dust collector. Through high-frequency jet pulsing (several times per second), they clean the surface area of filter bags from dust buildup.

Operating Process: Electrical signal triggers pulse valve → Diaphragm opens instantaneously → Compressed air is injected into the filter bag through the jetting tube → Filter bag expands and shakes off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes.

Compatible Valve Models:

• Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R and other 1-inch pulse valves;
• MD series pulse valves (such as MD120, MD125, MD140S), especially suitable for valves with nominal diameters ranging from 20mm to 76mm.

Powder Conveying and Silo Arch Breaking

Used for clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or breaking material arches inside silos, preventing clogging through pulses of air flow. It is suitable for scenarios involving coal powder, grains, plastic granules, and more.
