Product Description:

The M/D series membrane (such as M/D25 type) is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, which has excellent fatigue resistance and wide temperature adaptability (-40 ℃~100 ℃), designed specifically for the high-frequency blowing and cleaning requirements of Autel pulse valves. The three-layer composite structure (sealing layer+polyester fiber skeleton+elastic layer) ensures fast response (≤ 30ms) and long lifespan (standard 1 million actions) in high-pressure environments.

Applications:

Baghouse dust collector pulse jet system operates using M/D series diaphragms, such as the M/D25 model, as the core seal and actuation component of the pulse valve. These diaphragms control the instantaneous release of compressed air in the dust collector, performing high-frequency pulsing (several times per second) to clean the surface area of the filter bags from dust buildup.

Workflow: An electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm instantly opens → Compressed air is injected into filter bags via blow pipes → Filter bags expand and shake off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes.

Adapter valve models:
Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R, etc., for 1-inch pulse valves;
MD series pulse valves (e.g., MD120, MD125, MD140S), particularly suitable for valves with nominal diameters of 20 mm to 76 mm.

Powder conveying and silo arch breaking are applied for clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or breaking bridges of materials inside silos. It uses pulse air flow impacts to prevent clogging and is suitable for scenarios involving coal dust, grain, plastic granules, and more.

The diaphragm is the most important part of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
