3003 5052 Alloy Aluminum Honeycomb Core For Composite Panel
Product Description
The upper and lower bottom plates and panels of the aluminum honeycomb panel are aluminum alloy plates, with a thick and light honeycomb core in the middle. The panels and the sandwich core are bonded to form an integral rigid structure through adhesives. The panel surface treatment can be fluorocarbon, roller coating, thermal transfer, wire drawing, or oxidation; the aluminum honeycomb panel can also be bonded with fireproof panels, stones, and ceramics.
The upper and lower bottom plates and panels of the aluminum
honeycomb panel are mainly made of high-quality 3003-H24 or
5052-H14 alloy aluminum plates, and the thickness of the aluminum
plate is between 0.4 mm and 3.0 mm.
The aluminum honeycomb core material is a hexagonal honeycomb core
made of 3003 aluminum foil, with a thickness of 0.02~0.06mm. The
aluminum honeycomb side length models are 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm,
12 mm, etc.
Since the base plate and panel of the honeycomb sandwich structure are very thin and light, the core is a porous material with low density, and the aluminum alloy itself is a light metal; therefore, the weight reduction effect of the sandwich structure material composed of honeycomb aluminum core and aluminum panel is particularly obvious; aluminum honeycomb panels have been widely used in building exterior wall decoration, furniture, carriages, etc. due to their many advantages such as light weight, high strength, and high rigidity.
