This module features a CPU (RK3568 or RK3568J), LPDDR4 memory ranging from 1GB to 4GB, and eMMC 5.1 storage from 4GB to 128GB. The power management system, incorporating the RK809 alongside DC-DC and LDO components, supports DVFS for optimized voltage and frequency performance.
