Appliion
Replacing the excavator hydraulic pump impeller is a task that requires professional skills and tools. Here are the general steps:
Disconnect the power supply to the excavator.
Make sure the hydraulic system is in a released state to prevent residual pressure in the hydraulic pump.
Find the hydraulic pump and fix it in place for the impeller replacement.
Remove the outer cover and connecting pipes of the hydraulic pump to expose the impeller.
Use appropriate tools to remove the damaged impeller from the hydraulic pump.
Install the new impeller on the pump, ensuring proper alignment and fixation.
Reconnect the outer cover and pipes of the hydraulic pump.
Start the excavator and check whether the hydraulic system is working properly.
If you do not have the relevant experience and skills, it is recommended to ask a professional technician or maintenance personnel to complete this work to ensure safe and correct impeller replacement.
