Through/Side/Bolt:
Manufactured from premium 42CrMo steel, these bolts are available in both 10.9 and 12.9 grade for superior strength. Each bolt undergoes a rigorous heat treatment process, including quenching and tempering, followed by surface treatments such as natural color or black coating. The result is enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.

Mounting Pin:
Crafted from robust 42CrMo material, the mounting pin is produced through a hardening and tempering process, followed by precision machining, mid-frequency induction hardening, and external diameter grinding. The quenching depth reaches 3mm, providing a hard surface and exceptional wear resistance for long-lasting durability in hydraulic breaker operations.

Precision-Checked Piston:
Engineered from high-quality 20CrMo steel, the piston undergoes comprehensive thermal treatments including overall carburizing and quenching. Advanced grinding technology ensures high surface precision and smoothness. This allows hydraulic oil to form a consistent oil film, delivering excellent lubrication, abrasion resistance, and extended piston lifespan while maintaining optimal impact force.

Inner Bush:
