Its advantages are obvious, not only simple structure, compact, small footprint, and fully closed tank can avoid material leakage, adapt to powder, granule and other forms. Working principle
When the screw conveyor works, the motor output power drives the spiral shaft to rotate at high speed, and the spiral blade welded on the spiral shaft rotates accordingly. These spiral blades are distributed in a spiral pattern, just like spiraling up the winding mountain road. After the material enters the chute from the feed port, the rotating spiral blade exerts a thrust along the direction of the helix. The thrust is divided into circumferential force and axial force. Due to the friction between the material and the tank wall, the circumferential force is offset, and the axial force pushes the material to move along the tank axially. In this way, the material is continuously transported from the feed end to the discharge end under the continuous push of the blade, to achieve efficient and continuous material transmission, which is suitable for the transportation of all kinds of powder, granular and small block materials.
