Product Description

ER70S-3 is a commonly used carbon steel solid wire for gas shielded arc welding.

1. Features
Excellent welding performance: stable arc, less spatter, beautiful weld formation.

Wide applicability: mainly used for CO₂ gas shielded welding, and can also be used for Ar+CO₂ mixed gas shielded welding.

Good mechanical properties: high weld strength, good toughness, and strong crack resistance.

Good deoxidation performance: contains deoxidizing elements (such as silicon and manganese), suitable for welding low carbon steel and low alloy steel.

2. Welding process
Shielding gas: pure CO₂ or mixed gas (such as 75%Ar + 25%CO₂).

Welding current: adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece and the welding position.

Welding speed: moderate to ensure the quality of the weld.
